La inclusión, curiosamente, en los casamientos entre per- sonas que consideramos del mismo sexo existen en varias so- ciedades amerindias, mismas que han sido invalidadas por el proceso de colonización. En su reciente libro Contrapedagogías de la crueldad (2021), Segato refiere que la criollización o “pa- triarcalización” y “racialización” de las relaciones sociales ha sido lo peor que le, ha pasado a nuestras sociedades. El criollo en el fondo, es un sujeto inseguro, cruel, violento y domina- dor que, en su papel blanqueado de patriarca, irá a castigar a todo aquello que percibe como desacato a su ley patriarcal, por eso, debemos entender los crímenes misóginos, homofóbicos, transfóbicos y especistas, como el mismo tipo de violencia, que es la violencia del patriarca hacia todo lo que lo desacata. El proceso en el que mujeres, indígenas y mestizos asimilamos estas lógicas de dominación, a pesar de nuestra posición en desventaja dentro del orden patriarcal, fue descrito por Pablo González Casanova y por Franz Fanon como colonialismo in- terno y en ocasiones es reproducido con más violencia y pro- yección psicológica ante la ignorancia, negación o falta de auto reconocimiento como sujeto distinto al canon establecido.
