En este sentido Árias (2007) señala que, “epistemológica- mente un problema de investigación es el conocimiento de un desconocimiento, este involucra un vacío en el conocimiento y es preciso llevar a cabo un proceso sistemático para darle res- puesta” (p. 304). Desde la perspectiva de la práctica reflexiva, llegar a esta concresión implica que las y los normalistas han alcanzado el propósito formativos desarrollar la reflexividad para aumentar la competencia docente en la resolución de las situaciones prácticas de la profesión, al tiempo que aumentan su preparación metodológica para innovar e investigar a partir de su própia práctica. En los casos que se analizan, existe dificultad en algunos de las y los normalistas para determinar con claridad el problema de investigación, pues en el proceso de focalización, es necesa- rio un análisis de fuentes téoricas y empíricas sobre la proble- mática de manera que se arribe una pregunta que se considera debe ser respondida. Encontramos así que el planteamiento del problema queda reducido a preguntas que pueden se res- pondidas de manera positiva o negativa (¿Es importante la mo- tivación en el aprendizaje?), o bien que son conceptuales pero que no permiten el desencadenar más reflexiones y análisis de las implicaciones teórico-prácticas que coadyuven para deter- minar si desarrollarán procesos de análisis de su intervención o procesos de investigación teórica. Plantear las preguntas orientadoras del problema de in- vestigación constituye un fuerte obstáculo para la coherencia interna, este paso implica enfocar las ideas iniciales de inves- tigación que se tienen y dirigirlas hacia un área específica de interés. Esto supone un ejercicio reflexivo e integrador para el docente en formación, se deben tomar decisiones respecto a la 247
