formación continua, son objetos que al mismo tiempo pueden ser sujetos caracterizados por su historicidad, cultura, su con- dición biológica y su contexto social. Por lo que analizar un ob- jeto de estudio en estas condiciones no significa descomponer en partes, más bien, implica lo que Morín define como comple- jidad “lo complejo es aquello que no puede ser descompuesto, ni será jamás susceptible de descomposición […] estamos si- tuados en una perspectiva holística, es decir, en aquella de una totalidad imposible de descompones” (2002, p.4). Ante lo descrito es necesario comprender el análisis multi- referencial como una opción de construcción de conocimiento en las ciencias de la educación, entendido como una lectura plural, bajo diferentes ángulos y en situaciones diversas de los objetos de estudio que quieren explicar, no reductibles unos de otros, más bien deben de entenderse en un conjunto de relacio- nes, dimensiones y niveles de análisis. En este contexto, la problematización de los objetos de es- tudio supone dos condiciones: una perspectiva teórica y una configuración empírica, ambas en estrecha interdependencia. La configuración teórica se entiende como un sistema de de- bates en torno al objeto de estudio lo que permite definir cam- pos de articulación que se construyen en el seno de una o va- rias ciencias de la educación, los cuales son complementados por las posiciones ideológicas del investigador y el conjunto de relaciones y hechos empíricos como exigencia de los esfuerzos de especificación analítica. Esta manera de ver y entender el objeto de conocimiento de la educación, supone aplicar nuevas formas metodológicas de investigación que cambien el concepto de objetividad de las 235
