reflexiona sobre sobre una clara y existente tensión curricular, pues Planes y Programas, contenidos y aprendizajes se planean para sujetos con los cuales no se interactúan, desconociendo las demandas reales que exige el acto educativo en México. Menciona Yurén (2008) que además que los supuestos científi- cos, psicológicos o sociológicos, en los que se fundamentan las recomendaciones no aparezcan, expresamente; tampoco es extraño que los supuestos ontológicos, éticos, antropológicos, o epistémicos sólo puedan ser adivinados a partir de algunas frases expresadas (Yurén, 2008). En otras palabras, estos pro- yectos educativos al no ser claros en sus conceptos y definicio- nes han vuelto la tarea docente totalmente instrumentada, es decir; pues éste pasa un largo de horas en el relleno de guías, planeaciones y más instrumentos y acciones técnicas que han opacado el labor intelectual docente por una falsa conciencia y acción mistificadora y oculta de estos proyectos educativos. Por su parte Camarena reflexiona cómo la ideología domi- nante penetra sus intencionalidades “ocultas” a través de los proyectos educativos de tal manera que es innecesario decir lo que “por sabido se calla” y que cada quien interprete/entienda lo que pueda/quiera interpretar/entender de ellos. De esta for- ma las clases dominantes ejercen sus intereses sobre el estado y las clases dominadas; en este caso los docentes sirven como agentes de presión y legitimación por medio de prácticas ejer- cidas en las instituciones estructuradas por las relaciones de poder. De tal manera, los proyectos educativos plasmados en los diseños curriculares (hoy en día basados en objetivos conduc- tuales) ha traído consigo un rol técnico del docente, ejecutor de planes, programas e instrumentos que él mismo desconoce, 200
