Para Bazdresh Parada (1998) el papel de la práctica es un elemento determinante en la formación, siempre y cuando aquella se vea acompañada permanentemente por la teoriza- ción. Tlaseca Ponce y otros (1999) reporta que el saber docente construye el profesor es, particularmente, a través de su expe- riencia docente, revelándose ésta como un elemento originario, epistemológico y ontológico de la formación docente, lo que significa que es una manera de hacerse maestro, en la que el saber, la acción y el pensamiento encuentran unidad. Por otro lado, la experiencia docente en el proceso de formación es una condición para la reflexión de la acción relacionada con el ser docente. El reconocimiento del maestro como sujeto que se posiciona, expresa sus valores y orientaciones ético-pedagógi- cas manifiestas en su acción docente lo identifica con su sin- gularidad e historicidad, lo que aniquila el supuesto de pensar a la formación docente como un proceso gradual y ordenado racionalmente sobre la base de dispositivos siempre externos al sujeto; dispositivos nodales en su forma de cómo el profe- sor se concibe ante la sociedad y su profesión es decir, como agente transformativo y activo de éstos o como un sujeto que opera, instrumentaliza y los reproduce. Rosas (1996) remite a la formación no como el conocimiento especializado que se adquiere para ejercer una profesión, sino como un proceso en que los docentes no sólo adquieren cono- cimientos, sino que construyen el significado de su profesión y elaboran el papel que cumplen frente a sus alumnos y ante la sociedad. Jiménez (1993) por su parte adopta el término “estrategia” para referirse a la formación escolar como un arte análogo al del campo de las teorías en el arte de la guerra, más la estrategia 189
