práctica docente es la del reencuentro docente, donde éste re- elabora una propues- construye la experiencia personal y se ta pedagógica particular, que pone en evidencia cómo cada maestro se ha venido pensando y cómo piensa su accionar do- cente, sus preocupaciones y creencias sobre su ser docente. “El saber se mani昀椀esta la acción y el lenguaje del maestro y puede ser aprehendido cuando se reconstituye su unidad en la obra que reco- nocemos objetiva el acontecer del ser docente: la elaboración de la propuesta pedagógica”, entendida como el proceso de cons- titución y devenir del ser docente, capaz de definir finalida- des, preocupaciones éticas, acciones, estrategias y saberes que orientan su vida profesional (Tlaseca y otros 1999, pág. 115); es decir, estos saberes del maestro construidos a través del cru- ce de su biografía personal y profesional e historia social, así como la relación pedagógica y didáctica entre el docente y los referentes teóricos y pedagógicos guían y orientan su práctica. Litwin (2015) menciona que los saberes prácticos se rela- cionan, más que con otra cosa, con las mismas experiencias construidas a lo largo de los años por los docentes a partir de su conocimiento construido a partir de su conocimiento como alumnos o actores del sistema educativo. Las prácticas se fun- dan en conocimientos y experiencias prácticas, y no en cono- cimientos teóricos aún, cuando reconozcamos su valor para la formación. Por lo que la complejidad de las prácticas docentes radica en la de dotar de sentido teórico o conceptualizar esos saberes construidos a través de la experiencia como alumno y docente, así como los aprendidos formalmente en su forma- ción institucional (Litwin, 2015 pág. 32:33). Por su parte, Rockwell nos invita a pensar esta relación en- tre el sujeto con su quehacer cotidiano, en otras palabras, la 196
