Rockwell (1998), menciona que esta cotidianidad está regida por las normas oficiales-estatales, las cuales marcan y determinan lo que se espera que el docente realice en términos de lo normativo, son funciones conocidas e intencionadas por todos los participantes (educador-educan- do) en la vida escolar. Ahora bien, la cotidianidad a partir de la norma real se refiere a las actividades rutinarias con maestros, maestras y alumnos, así como las actividades con la comuni- dad escolar. Esto ofrece, desde Litwin (2015) una preparación para el oficio de mayor valor que los ensayos de laboratorio y, por una parte, permiten entender las prácticas y el proceso for- mativo en torno a ellos en ambientes variados o enriquecidos, pero siempre reales. Así pues, la norma real, es esa cotidiani- dad que se desvía de la normatividad oficial, desde Rockwell (2018) esta norma abarca todo el trabajo cultural (no solo el prescrito) que realizan tanto maestros como estudiantes (y otros), y que es parte integral de la reproducción social, en sentido amplio. También aporta una visión de lo educativo que destaca las tácticas que utilizan las personas en su quehacer diario, frente a las clasificaciones homogéneas, las normas ab- surdas y los mecanismos institucionales que intentan ordenar y controlar la vida escolar (Rockwell 2018). En muchas ocasiones la finalidad y el efecto de estas accio- nes, no establecidas en la norma oficial, son desconocidas por el profesor, la institución o por los demás agentes, a pesar de su gran impacto que tiene sobre ellos. Es importante resaltar que esta relación entre el profesor y la institución, también es con base en la relación del docente con el espacio físico, laboral de la escuela; organizacionales de tiempo y espacio, prioridades de trabajo entre autorida- 197
