Royal Gaitor Tumbas The oldest of the three sections of the courtyard is located the furthest away from the entrance. In the middle of the courtyard is the chhatri of Sawai Jai Singh II, who founded Jaipur. It is said to be made of the finest Taj marble or white Makrana marble. Sawai Jai Singhji's memorial is the most exquisite. It is elegantly built with white marble. It contains statues of Hindu deities, domestic servants, musicians, and other people and vouches for the rule of Jaipur's greatest ruler. The dome is supported by 20 pillars. Just behind Sawai Jai Singh's chhatri lies the memorial of Sawai Ram Singh. It accurately reproduces the regal games of army scenes fashioned of Italian marble and imitates his chhatri. ENTRY FEE AND TIMINGS The Gatore Chhatriya is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. The ticket window closes by 4:30 p.m. The entry charge for Gatore is Rs 30 per person
