Como se puede observar, en los interrogatorios aumentaron 80 dos nombres que no aparecían en la primera acusación ; ellos son el capitán de artillería Juan J. García y el teniente Mariano Sandoval. Cabe mencionar que se les interrogó con base en el artículo 92 de la ley de procedimientos penales en el fuero de guerra. Las cosas se iban complicando. En el interrogatorio del ca- pitán Juan G. García, éste dijo que el coronel Francisco G. Puga, alias el cura (que no aparece en la lista de los acusados), «de un modo vago lo incitó para que se uniera a las fuerzas de Villa». También declaró que hacía unos diez días que había recibido un recado por conducto de Dolores Puga (sic) para que concurrie- ra a la casa número 10 de la calle de San Antonio de esta ciu- dad, que en esa casa el presbítero Pedro Vera lo invitó «de un modo resuelto a conspirar a favor de Villa». También dijo que Puga les enseñó unos documentos de la Junta Revolucionaria Central de México, en los que se le nombraba coronel jefe de las operaciones en el estado de Querétaro, y otro documento en el que constaba que iba en comisión especial de la expresa- da junta revolucionaria central, para ponerse a las órdenes del general Francisco Villa. Además, declaró que en aquella reu- nión se acordó nombrar segundo de Puga al capitán Gutiérrez Pastor, quien recibió inmediatamente órdenes de Puga; y que, igualmente, se acordó invitar al mayor Jorge Cabrera, para lo cual quedó comisionado el capitán Gutiérrez Pastor. Además, informó que tanto el presbítero Vera como el señor Magallón ofrecieron dar dinero para el movimiento; y que en ese mismo día, como a las dos y media de la tarde, se volvieron a reunir en casa de Vera, posteriormente, a las tres de la tarde, celebraron 80 Tercero y séptimo de la tabla. 153
