Khajjiar About 13 kilometres from Dharamsala city, Khajjiar is located in the lower Himalayan mountain ranges on the fringes of Dalhousie town. During the winter, the area provides breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains, luscious green pastures, and tumbling waterfalls. The area features a stunning waterfall that drops 40 metres (130 feet) and provides an excellent perspective of Chamba Valley in the winter thanks to its deep snow cover. In the winter, this location offers skiing, ice skating, horseback riding, and trekking.
