PROFESSIONAL & FINANCIAL BENEFITS TIME MANAGEMENT We believe people are much more productive when they have some autonomy over their time. That’s why we allow all our employees to work from home one or two days a week and complete their hours in the office at the times that suit them best. We also have a well-used mechanism to track overtime and give employees time off in lieu. MONEY MATTERS Giving people fair compensation for their hard work is very important to us. That’s why we pay everyone well over the Real Living Wage, why we review salaries annually and why the difference between our lowest and highest salaries is relatively small. All employees also have access to an ethical pension scheme provided by NEST. CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT In addition to having free access to all Future Leap events, team members can use two hours a month for self-directed continuing professional development (CPD). 23
