      About us Social Results Limited began in 2012 whenEmma Dingle, that's me, decided to combine customer relations skills and nerdiness. My work has always involved working directly with people. I specialise in customer service, community engagement, partner comms communication, live events online and in-person, complaints resolution, and reputation management. Social Media in 2012 As social media use had really picked up, I decided that it was time these skills were used to improve online social media engagement for business, social enterprise, and charity. Digital Comms and Engagement 2024 and beyond Social Results now provides strategic and hands on content creation, content management, copywriting and editing services, social analytics reporting, G4A reporting, Looker Studio, digital communications audits, guidance and training. AI Services – Chat GPT etc. I also provide AI chatbot, LLMand machine learning Quality Assurance (QA). If a machine is going to communicate with humans on your behalf, I can help.
