INSPIRATION Dear Colleagues, A year ago, we were coming out of the pandemic, uncertain of what the future held for us. All we had was hope, perseverance and each other. As we begin another year we can proudly say the year gone by was one of human victory. As One Lumax family, we surmounted many hurdles and had many victories. This would not have been possible without your unwavering support. Congratulations to each one of you! The year 2023 started on some very positive notes for us. We welcome IAC to the Lumax Family. This is a significant landmark for us. There has been a strong and steady improvement in the performance of all the Lumax group companies. Lumax Industries Limited has been ranked at 113th position while Lumax Auto Technologies Limited was ranked at 224th position. Lumax Industries Limited and Lumax Auto Technologies Limited have received the LACP's Annual Report Competition, the 2021/22 Vision Awards for the fourth consecutive year! Mr Deepak Jain has been nominated as the Chairman, for the Northern Region of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). This is an opportunity and a responsibility to improve and add more value to the Indian business. Mr Vikas Marwah, CEO Lumax Auto Technologies Limited, was bestowed with the ‘Business Leader of the Year Award and Ms Priyanka Sharma, Vice President of Corporate Communications & CSR received the 'Most Impactful CSR Leaders' award.
