CSR LCF organised Cancer Detection Camps and provided Patient Support to spread awareness on cancer and to make cancer screening and prevention services available to the unreached as well as provide part financial support to individuals suffering from cancer belonging to the EWS category with corporate support. 1. Number of camps Organised - 7 (694 beneficiary screened) 2. Number of patient support - 8 3. Number of Mammography - 20 4. HPV DNA (advance cervical test) - 3 5. Suspected cases -18 (advise - Quit smoking, chewing tobacco) Other than the initiatives mentioned above, LCF team also visited Bengaluru for monitoring the existing projects and exploring the future opportunities for social initiatives near plant locations for FY 2023-24.
