EVENTS Mass Communication Meets Mass Communication Meets were held every month at Lumax Industries Limited – Bawal and Lumax Industries Limited – Electronics Division, Bawal in January – March 2023. All employees participated in the meets where the performance of the plants were shared with the employees, their issues discussed and employees were rewarded and recognised for their performance in several operational activities.
