EVENTS Kaizen Competition A Kaizen Competition was held at Lumax Industries Limited, Pune in February 2023. Open House & Town Hall An Open House & Town Hall was organised at Lumax Industries Limited – Pune in January 2023. The meet was organised to discuss the ongoing issues, create awareness about plant operations, future roadmap, challenges amongst all employees and to resolve any issues and bottlenecks. Several top performers were also acknowledged and rewarded for their exemplary contributions.
