Agra fort The second most popular destination in the city is Agra Fort, one of the major tourist attractions. After the Taj Mahal, this is the city's most visited tourist location. The enormous palace is a "UNESCO World Heritage Site," and the Mughal Emperors lived there for many years while ruling over vast portions of India from Agra and building many of the well-known structures that can still be seen in this city today.
