There’s some in Washington like Obama and HRC who measure growth by how big Washington is. The rest of us understand that growth happens in cities and towns across the country.  [towards end of remarks] HRC and Obama measure success in govt by how many people are dependent on the govt, on foodstamps and Medicaid and unemployment.  [beginning of questions] Q -How do we get more people in the Republican tent? o A - Hillary Clinton believes in Washington knows best, top down approach that says govt will tell you what to do how to do it and when to do it. But in the broader sense, “what we need to talk about is aspiration, not envy.” People want to know how to make everyone better, not taking from one and giving to the other. GOV. JEB BUSH Gov.
