ABOUT US. The La Serna High School wrestling team is poised to start the season with a team of dedicated, highly motivated, and focused student athletes and coaches. The team has grown year over year with over 60 active young men and women set to train and compete on the mat for the 2024-2025 season. The coaching staff and parent group is dedicated to ensuring the team has what they need to be successful and are looking to the local and business communities to help. Currently, the wrestling room's wall mats are in disrepair. This year's primary goal is to fund the purchase of new mats that can be used for years to come. In fact, the vision is to give the entire wrestling room a much needed refresh, with new equipment, supplies, fans, and more! Additional team goals include fundraising for tournament and competition fees, travel expenses, uniforms, equipment, gear, and team events.
