As a team, we identified the WHO, WHAT and WHERE the ‘village’ is and HOW informed is or are such village(s) on child protection and safeguarding issues. We developed a framework that is all-encompassing to reflect local realities and complexities of the formal and informal actors so that we had the narratives explained by the people in their local context.
