This class is designed to teach students how to use an opponent’s energy to gain control of a situation using beautiful and circular techniques. Great emphasis is placed on motion and the dynamics of movement. These postures are linked via a connective movement (Vinyasa) and powerful breath work. These breathing exercises (pranayama) refresh and cleanse the body and help to control the mind. The union (yoga) of these two forces (Asana and Pranayama), release physical and mental tension, liberating vast resources of energy with increased mental power, clarity and concentration. This practice, over time, will bring your being into peak physical and mental condition.
