Please visit MyGlendaleParks.com to hold your date for a $50 non-refundable deposit and view availability of other building and park locations in Glendale acility R2. For a wedding or community building reservation, please complete a Facility Permit Application and F submit it online. For sports requests, please complete a Field Reservation Request Form, and return it to the location listed on the form. These forms are available at GlendaleCA.gov/Reservations. 3. Upon confirmation of availability of the facility, staff will contact you with any follow up questions, and to discuss your permit. 4. Upon receiving your permit, make arrangements with staff to finalize all permit requirements, and make all applicable payments. 5. Two weeks prior to the event date, reach out to staff to discuss and finalize the plot plan, if applicable.
