CONFERENCE EXHIBITION AWARDS The Future Leap events team also deliver the annual Festival of Sustainable Business, consisting of a Conference, Exhibition, and Awards Ceremony. This provides a platform for forward-thinking organisations to share and expand knowledge that addresses the climate crisis, whilst making valuable connections. BRISTOL CITY LEAP LAUNCH AND ROADSHOW APRIL 2023 Future Leap delivered the Bristol City Leap launch event, handling logistics, content creation, AV management, speaker briefings, catering, and event operation for 200 attendees at Arnolfini. APRIL - MAY 2023 Future Leap facilitated engagement with underrepresented communities in Bristol through a roadshow series held in five locations across the city, drawing a total of 150 participants over five weeks. NOVEMBER 2023 Future Leap organised the Bristol City Leap Supply Chain Fair, which attracted over 200 tradespeople. This involved complex people management, with attendees sorted into groups based on their expertise for workshops and discussions, in addition to set up, live event running, and pack down. Future Leap actively participated in outreach efforts for all events, involving phone calls and social media engagement.

ENVIRONMENTAL KEYWORDS NETWALKING MARCH 2024 Future Leap organised two events in one day for the University of Bristol, focused on exploring perceptions of environmental terms and sustainability/the climate emergency. Future Leap collaborated closely with the university to meet their specific requirements, handling logistical planning, setup, operation, and pack down. The first event, a sold-out Netwalking session, took place in a green urban space, followed by indoor focus group discussions and lunch. Future Leap managed ticketing for the open-to-all event, overseeing the ticketing platform as well. The second event was a private roundtable for communications professionals, with Future Leap creating the guest list and managing invitations. The events team also handled logistical planning, managing slides and AV operations, and utilised an interactive audience tool called mentimeter.

UWE SKILLS FOR CLEAN GROWTH PROGRAMME JANUARY - DECEMBER 2023 Throughout 2023, Future Leap delivered 11 training events as part of the UWE's Skills for Clean Growth Programme, aiding SMEs in transitioning to net zero. These seminars and workshops were primarily held at Future Leap Hubs in the mornings. While most were in-person, some were fully hybrid, and others were online-only. The Future Leap events team at collaborated closely with the university on content and logistical planning and handled the execution of the events. Additionally, the Future Leap consultancy team prepared and presented various workshops on sustainability topics, with a significant focus on achieving net zero.
