Pune district of Maharashtra, India: Rajgad fort Srinivasan Rajgad fort, meaning the ‘Ruling-fort’, is a trekker’s paradise. It is one of the most invincible forts of medieval Maharashtra and located on a triangular plateau of hills. One angle is Suvela Machi, located on the fort’s eastern part. 60 km from Pune.
