LAST YEAR'S OUTCOMES At last year’s event, the Jamaica 60 Diamond Jubilee Gala, we had over 700 participants and raised funds that made a significant impact: • $40,000 provided scholarships for 16 students, giving them the opportunity continue their education at the College of Agriculture, Science and Education (CASE), Sam Sharpe Teachers College, University of Technology (UTECH) and University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona. • $27,000 supported medical care for burn victim Adrianna Laing, making a positive impact on her recovery journey. • $5,000 was allocated towards the Rose Town Foundation, supporting their community development efforts. • $19,000 was approved for the purchase of a dialysis machine, providing crucial medical equipment for those in need. 8
