Coastlink’s Board Coastlink is governed by an independent Board of Directors, whose expertise and vision helps us to build a community where everyone enjoys a life of choice and inclusion. A strong, skills-based Board, this team of strategic leaders are all members or graduates of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), and govern using contemporary methods. With expertise in risk mitigation, governance and strategic planning, the Board is client-focused, and works to ensure Coastlink provides the best quality services for people who are ageing or living with disability on the Central Coast. Through the strategic direction they have set over the past financial year, the Board remains committed to ensuring Coastlink will deliver high-quality care into its fortieth year and beyond. A recent key focus for our Board and Executives has been the development of a new Board Calendar, which will allow us to further enhance our organisational commitment to good governance. In addition, regular site visits and meetings with our clients and their families ensures the Board receives ongoing feedback, so that they can continue to keep our clients at the heart of all decisions made.
