I would never have considered confidence and leadership skills as key strengths a year ago, so I have really enjoyed being able to develop in this way. My passion for social justice has increased, largely due to my career choice. Every day I work with young people from a vast range of backgrounds, and I am always striving to ensure they are provided with as many opportunities to succeed in life as possible. I know that I am having an impact on the lives of the pupils I teach, and knowing that Kirsty comes with great responsibility but also
