The procedural steps in conducting a typical manual classiifed traiffc count for a local road are the following: a. The Manual Classiifed Traiffc Count may be one- directional or two-directional; b. The Manual Classiifed Traiffc Count may be undertaken once every three (3) years for a 24-hour manual count starting from 6:00 A.M. and ending at 6:00 A.M. of the following day; c. Identify the Year when the Traiffc count is to be conducted; d. Write the Date when the Traiffc Count started; e. Identify the Region, Province, the City or Municipality, District and Barangay where the Road being considered for the Traiffc count is located; f.
