The smoothness of the surface is the condition rated. Smoothness is due to excessive bitumen, stone wear, stone deterioration or stone loss depending on the type of surface and will lead to surface deterioration and an unsafe traveling surface. Flushing: - is the occurrence of excessive bitumen at the surface of an Asphalt Concrete pavement.
