Understanding context The site is located at Dorothea Dix park, Raleigh, NC. The park was once known for its mental asylum during the 1900s. Currently, the park is undergoing massive renovations. The massive 308-acre project’s vision is to be a park for everyone, built by everyone. The site is chosen based on the proposed master plan.
